Should we need to diagnose any issues the user is experiencing, we can log in as the user via the mobile app ourselves. Here's how to do so:
- Download the Guesty App.
- Log in with the user's email (the starred email in their profile), and the password should be 5upp0rt-1-{current month}
In other words, if the current month this November, the password would be 5upp0rt-1-11 - You will be redirected to Support mode login. Now, you must enter your own Admin credentials.
- You are now logged in as the user, and you can take screenshots if needs be.
⚠️ NOTE: It rarely matters if you and the user are using the same type of device, but it is important to mention in a Jira which device the user is using, and which device you reproduced it with.
