Policy for Canceled Reservations

This information is relevant if the user's billing is not a fixed amount per month. It is also subject to Guesty's Terms of Service.

When a reservation is canceled, Guesty applies the following fees.

Guesty Booking Website, Manual, Airbnb, and Booking.com

The fee charged depends on whether a reservation is canceled by the guest or the user.

• The reservation is canceled by the guest. A percentage fee is calculated based on the host payout. This is subject to the listing's cancellation policy.
• The reservation is canceled by the user. A fee of $3 USD is charged.

Rentals United and All Other Channels

This information is relevant for Rentals United and all other booking channels not mentioned above.

• The reservation is canceled before the check-in date. A fee of $3 USD is charged.
• The reservation is canceled on or after the check-in date. A percentage fee is calculated based on the host payout.
