Retrieving an Account with an Email Address that the User Cannot Access

Verify the identity of the user if they cannot access the email address registered to their Guesty account. Follow the instructions below to update the user's email address in Guesty.

Step by step:

1. Inform the user that you need to enable a manual log-in. To do so, the user should provide the following:
   1. Scanned copy of their government-issued ID.
   2. Written consent confirming their identity and their Guesty log-in credentials.
   3. The last 4 digits of the credit card saved for their Guesty Billing.
2. Forward the documents to Amit Zelinger, Guesty's Legal Advisor.
3. Once Amit provides the approval, update the user's new email address in Guesty.
