Entering the Same Email Address in Guesty More Than Once

It is not possible to use the same email address in different accounts as the email address is used as a unique identifier for a user or contact.

This means that when two separate Guesty accounts are using the same cleaning company, only one of those Guesty accounts will be able to use the cleaning company's email address.
