Switching from Agoda via Rentals United to the Direct Connection

Users can connect their Agoda account to Guesty by switching from Rentals United. A user will contact us to request the switch. Ask the user for the email address associated with their Agoda account and send the following email to Agoda.

Agoda's functionality is the same whether connected via Rentals United or directly to Guesty.

Hello Agoda Connectivity Team,

Our mutual client, [Account Name] [User’s Agoda Email] is requesting to switch their software and use Guesty as the channel manager.

Please connect the properties to Guesty and reply to us with the confirmation once this is done.

Important:

Do not CC the user. We should not disclose Agoda’s email address.

Note:

Update the user once you receive Agoda’s confirmation of the software switch.
