A reservation can be made in Booking.com for more than one room within the same multi-unit or complex. This is represented in Booking.com as a single reservation. Guesty separates each room into different reservations. Follow the instructions below to check if a reservation was booked with multiple rooms.
Step by step:
- Sign in to the Guesty Admin.
- Open a relevant Booking.com reservation in Guesty.
- In the top right corner, click Channel Log.
- Click Link next to the first item in the list.
- In the code that appears, use Ctrl + F to search for RoomStays.
- See how many times RoomStays appears in the code.
Note:
This number determines how many reservations exist in Guesty for the one Booking.com reservation.
Tip:
Search for the guest's name in the Guesty Dashboard to view the relevant reservations.
